How We Choose the Company That Wins the New iPad2:

1) At the 2012 Spring Seminar event when we do our official headcount, the Company that has officially registered and has the most people present will win the iPad2.

2) If it is determined that there is a tie with one or more companies sending the same number of employees, first there will be a head count of employees who are still in attendance at that time to use the process of elimination to determine the winning company. If the tie still remains, then there will be a ticket raffle drawing with just those companies to determine which company will win the new iPad2 to be given to one of their employees after using the recommended guidelines above.

3) Complimentary tickets do not qualify you to be included in the headcount of your Company's employees that are ellgible to win the new iPad2. To be included, all company entries must come through one of the Motivational BOOM^TM Seminar's online or offline "PAID" registering options. No Exceptions.

4) At the point in the event when we decide to determine the Company that wins the iPad2, all of your registered employees must be present at the event. There will not be a set time when we will do this. It can and does happen at anytime. All of your employees must be present in the meeting room and available for us to count them as we do our official head count. No Exceptions.

Recommended Guidelines for Determining Which Employee Receives the New iPad2

Should your Company win the new iPad2, use the following guidelines to determine which employee in your group of Motivational BOOM^TM Seminar attendees should receive it:

1) The new iPad2 should be given to the employee who comes back to the office and gives the best debrief of the value and benefits they attained from the seminar.

2) To include: the employee who shares the best detailed information about their Motivational BOOM^TM Seminar experience; tools and strategies learned; and the new steps they will take to peak perform, improve productivity, ensure team and company success, and excel at excellence moving forward.

3) THIS is the employee who ultimately wins the new iPad2, given to them by the Company from Ty Howard & The Motivational BOOM^TM Seminars.
